In its early days, the company focused on producing standard fasteners including bolts, nuts, and general-purpose fasteners, primarily serving the domestic market.
As a small and medium-sized manufacturer, we specialized in carbon steel fasteners of grades 4.8 and 8.8, while establishing a basic production and sales system.
Capacity Upgrade
We introduced new equipment including spheroidizing annealing furnaces, mesh-belt heat treatment furnaces, intelligent CNC lathes, and thread rolling machines, significantly enhancing our production capacity for high-strength fasteners (grades 10.9 and 12.9).
Market Development
From domestic wholesale, we gradually expanded into supporting supply for construction, power, machinery, and other industries. We joined the Yongnian Fastener Foreign Trade Cluster and began small-batch exports.
Qualification Improvement
The company obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification, standardized production processes, and improved product stability.
Policy Alignment
In response to Yongnian District's industrial upgrading policies, we phased out outdated production capacity, introduced automated production lines, and achieved semi-automated manufacturing, reducing energy consumption and improving dimensional accuracy.
Product Optimization
We added high-value-added product lines, including 304/316 stainless steel fasteners, as well as special fasteners for photovoltaic, wind power, automotive, and railway applications.
Accelerated Foreign Trade
We joined the Yongnian Import & Export Chamber of Commerce, participated in international exhibitions such as the Canton Fair and The Big 5 in Dubai, and expanded into overseas markets including the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa.
Smart Manufacturing
We deployed direct-reading spectrometers, universal material testing machines, high-precision coating thickness gauges, and other testing instruments, built a digital quality inspection system, and upgraded toward an intelligent factory.

We established one-stop fastener supply capabilities covering raw materials, cold heading, heat treatment, surface finishing, sales, and logistics, supporting large-scale engineering and manufacturing enterprises both at home and abroad.
