All square‑head bolts are made of alloy‑steel 35CrMoA. We carry out professional quenching‑and‑tempering heat‑treatment to reach Grade‑10.9 mechanical‑property requirements. After hot‑dip galvanizing with coating thickness 45‑85μm, high‑temperature baking from 190℃‑230℃ is performed to eliminate hydrogen‑embrittlement risks completely. The HDG finish offers 500‑800‑hour salt‑spray resistance to adapt Egypt's dry‑and‑dusty outdoor working environment.
Compared with regular hex‑head bolts, square‑head design provides bigger contact area with open‑end wrenches. Workers can tighten bolts firmly without slipping on rugged construction‑sites. Before shipment our QC team inspects thread accuracy, hardness, coating thickness and tensile‑strength one‑by‑one. We provide official material test certificates, heat‑treatment reports for the local engineering department's inspection approval.
Apart from standard‑size square‑head‑bolts, we also produce customized thick‑head square‑head bolts against strong vibration.
