Low-Friction Self-Lubrication: With a coefficient of friction of 0.05–0.15, these studs prevent seizing and are easy to install and remove, making them ideal for frequent disassembly and high-temperature applications.

Non-stick and Easy to Clean: Resists oil, scale, and chemical media, making maintenance simple.

High-Strength Base Material: Common base materials include 45#, 35CrMoA, 42CrMoA, and B7 (A193-B7), with strength grades of 8.8, 10.9, and 12.9.

Precautions

 

  • Installation torque: Due to low friction, the torque should be reduced by 10–20% to prevent over-tightening.
  • Avoid scratching: The coating is relatively soft; take precautions during installation to prevent the studs from being scratched by installation tools.
  • Temperature limits: Long-term exposure ≤ 260°C; exceeding this temperature will damage the coating.
