1. Excellent anti-corrosion performance
The zinc-aluminum flake coating forms a sealed protective layer. Zinc acts as a sacrificial anode to prevent rust even if the coating has minor scratches. It can pass over 1000 hours neutral salt spray test, far better than electro-galvanizing, ideal for wind power, chemical, coastal and bridge projects.

2. Zero hydrogen embrittlement for high-strength fasteners
Electroplating brings hydrogen embrittlement which may cause fracture of Grade 10.9 & 12.9 bolts. Dacromet processing avoids electrolysis and strong acid pickling, completely eliminating hydrogen embrittlement risks.

3. High temperature resistancebots
Stable under long-term working temperature up to 300°C without peeling or discoloration, suitable for engine and high-temperature pipeline equipment.

4. Self-lubricating & anti-seize property
The coating provides built-in lubrication. Consistent torque during repeated assembly and disassembly, effectively preventing bolts from seizing and rusting together.bots

5. Precise thread size & eco-friendly
Coating thickness is only 4–10μm, no thread blockage. Hexavalent chromium free, meets EU environmental standards, and fully covers all thread corners evenly.
